People First International Executive Vice President, Organizational Development and Cultural Transformation

My work is my passion. I know all too well the challenges of running a business and things that keep leaders up at night. I know because I’ve lived it. When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them that my desire is to inspire leaders to create more meaningful relationships with their employees (purpose partners), develop healthier work environments, and experience sustainable financial success. I enjoy working side-by-side with leaders, providing insight and a perspective that they may otherwise not think about. I have worked with leaders across the country, helping them assess their current organizational culture and then developing a culture that improves ROI.

My professional path has afforded me the opportunity of working with some wonderful leaders within many different industries: manufacturing, health care, financial services, and educational institutions. I have held a variety of professional leadership positions, including Vice President of Organizational Development, VP of Human Resources, and VP of Training and Development for a number of major, international manufacturing firms and health care organizations.

It has been a wonderful journey for me, one that continues to be challenging and exhilarating. I began my career as a Human Resources manager, learning all I could about the field. The challenges, lessons learned, and growth opportunities have been tremendous! I am very serious about the work that we do here at People First International and strive to achieve a deep and authentic connection with all leaders that we support and serve.

My extensive experience in the business world has transformed the practical applications of cultural assessment and transformation, executive coaching, training and development, from being simply my core competencies into my true passion. I enjoy writing and co-authored Getting Your Shift Together: Making Sense of Organizational Culture and Change: – Introducing Cultural Due Diligence. I earned a BS in Organizational Behavior from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University. I am certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
