Dr. Lance Lee is a Harvard-trained organizational-leadership consultant, clinical/consulting psychologist, and executive coach with nearly 25 years of experience in assisting senior leaders and their teams to their highest performance, productivity, and untapped potential.

Lance holds dual doctorates in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University (Harvard Grad Schools of Education/Psychology and Harvard Business School). He holds the record as one of Harvard’s youngest grads, completing this effort in just 3 years.

Lance has been honored as a Harvard Larsen Research Scholar & Woodrow Wilson Danforth Fellow. And also: As a Regents Scholar, President’s Scholar, and Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California (UCLA, Clinical Psychology).

Prior to joining People First, Lance served as a Senior Partner with the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the top-ranked leadership training and development firms in the world, helping to craft executive programs for Fortune 500 firms across Europe & North America.

In this role, Lance designed, consulted and closed on some of CCL’s largest corporate contracts ($30-50M) for companies in industries as diverse as oil & gas (Shell Oil, Cenovus Energy), automotive (Ford, Chrysler) to the Fed Bank, UNICEF & US Defense Department.

In the past decade, Lance served as a Managing Partner with Exec Catalyst (Silicon Valley), assisting executives with their most complex dilemmas—professional and personal life crises, conflict resolution for C-suite teams, board members, and community stakeholders.

His clients here have included executives, senior leaders and teams from global high-tech companies, including Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook), and Intel, Cisco, HP; as well as signature finance firms—Morgan-Stanley, Goldman-Sachs, Fidelity, Blackrock, and UBS.

Lance’s passion is for the discovery and development of each individual’s God-given potentials—the “magic” in every human life. In his spare time, he has served as a mentor to youth, a marriage and family therapist, a family life pastor, and Christian college professor.

Lance is also a marathoner, tri-athlete, and “extreme athlete” open-water swimmer: He is one of an elite group of individuals to have completed swims across Lake Tahoe, California and portions of the San Francisco Bay (Alcatraz, Angel Island, and Treasure Island crossings).

I’ve joined People First quite simply because they walk the talk. There is no finer embodiment of what it means to ‘live out the life’– leading, guiding, and inspiring others in the lifelong journey to personal greatness and corporate excellence.

Jack and his team not only facilitate, communicate and train up leaders in a model which can transform an entire culture and business organization, they live out what they believe in their one-to-one commitment to each person—ultimately shaping destiny and eternal legacy.

I’ve joined the People First Team because I want to be with others who humbly acknowledge they themselves are not the end-all and be-all: They are merely the facilitators of God-given greatness in the life of every leader and every team member in every organization they touch.
